Our History

Lalco Laboratory Inc. was founded in 1954. Since this time, three persons or groups have succeeded one another at the head of the company. Mr Gilles Côté created and managed Lalco Laboratory during more than thirty years.

In 1985, Lalco Laboratory was sold to Pharmacies Universelles Ltée, an important pharmaceutical wholesaler. Finally, in 1990, Mr Jean-Pierre Veilleux bought back the company and has been leading its destiny since then.

Lalco Laboratory, expert in vitamins and natural products, offers a large range of para-pharmaceutical products. Should it be vitamins, herb teas, nutritional supplements, phytotherapy and other related products, Lalco Laboratory sells over 150 products under its brand name, distributed in pharmacies across Canada. Some products are also sold in Italy, Saudi Arabia and Taiwan.

The ideology behind Lalco Laboratory and its people, is to offer the public high-quality natural products, intelligent and ready-to-use information to consumers and cutting-edge support to health professionals.
